In his current position since December 2011, Jeff is responsible for the development and execution of the company's strategic philanthropy commitment to supporting youth creativity, consistent with the global strategy and adapted for the EMEA region. He works closely with the EMEA country teams to identify market relevant philanthropy opportunities. In addition, he works to drive the preparation of EMEA's Next Generation Environmental 2020 Targets.

Jeff joined Disneyland Paris as part of the opening team in 1992 and held various positions including VP Theme Park Operations, VP Walt Disney Studios Development, VP Corporate Alliances and finally VP Communications and Community Relations.



Jennifer has worked for HSBC Group for the last 29 years, within the Commercial and Retail sectors. She is currently the Performance Director for Business Banking in the UK, and is responsible for over 1500 people and a million customers. The role includes the day to day running of the business segment including our customer journey, the development of all individuals, the overall business performance and the future strategic direction. Business Banking includes customer facing colleagues and colleagues in the UK contact centres.

Jennifer has a passion for the development of people, and in partnership with the London Institute of Banking and Finance, launched the Certificate in Business Banking and Conduct qualification. The course focused on the culture of learning being at the heart of the business, with its success being the inspiration for the institute creating a further externally recognised course, Diploma in Business and Commercial Banking and Conduct. 

Jennifer is passionate about supporting small businesses and women in business. She is the Chief Judge for Forward Ladies, ambassadors for women in business, and created HSBC's Pop Up Weeks. The Pop Up Weeks are held every quarter across 50 Branches in the UK and allow c.500 small businesses to showcase themselves.



Andy has held a number of different roles at AT&T during his 32-year career with the company. He currently supports UK and Ireland Service Management at AT&T, working across sectors ranging from manufacturing to retail and banking to the Red Bull Racing Formula One team. He delivers support across the whole range of AT&T’s services from voice through to managed data, security services and more bespoke Integrated and Application Solutions.

Andy is engaged in local philanthropic support for a major charity and works closely with his wife who has been chair of the Redditch Relay for Life for Cancer Research UK in previous years. He has also served as a governor on the board of his son’s local Catholic academy school, and is the leader of the AT&T Aspire program in Redditch, which works with two local high schools. He is married and has three children and two grandchildren.



Sumanth is Director - International Finance, responsible for the EMEAI region (Europe, Middle East, Africa and India) at Delta Air Lines and is based in Crawley, UK.  He is primarily involved in collaborating with Delta’s Joint Venture partners in the region (Virgin Atlantic and Air France/KLM & Alitalia) building annual plans, monthly forecasts and long term financial projections used for strategic decision-making.  He has been with Delta Air Lines for the past 9 years in various roles in Finance.

Prior to Delta Air Lines, Sumanth worked in the automotive industry in Detroit as an engineer for a little over 10 years.  He has been involved with multiple builds for Habitat for Humanity and is a supporter of the American Cancer Society.
